I was going through my seniors google drive, to look for tips or anything I found this file named "how not to fail pro by dr iz---" and I clicked it right away There are alot of useful tips and really grateful to come across this Then I saw NYHA classification and been thinking what is this? I have heard this multiple times but never really look into it Bila I click, rupanya that is classification for heart failure  NYHA   Class I - no problem Class II - slight reduce in effort tolerance. Will cause patient breathlessness, fatigue and palpitation. However patient is comfortable at rest  Class III - marked reduce in effort tolerance (walking, climbing stairs). Patient will become fatigue, palpitating and breathless.
