#1 TBH

I was going through my seniors google drive, to look for tips or anything
I found this file named "how not to fail pro by dr iz---" and I clicked it right away
There are alot of useful tips and really grateful to come across this
Then I saw NYHA classification and been thinking what is this?
I have heard this multiple times but never really look into it
Bila I click, rupanya that is classification for heart failure

NYHA
Class I - no problem
Class II - slight reduce in effort tolerance. Will cause patient breathlessness, fatigue and palpitation. However patient is comfortable at rest
Class III - marked reduce in effort tolerance (walking, climbing stairs). Patient will become fatigue, palpitating and breathless. However comfortable at rest
Class IV - unable to do any physical activities and have heart failure sx (fatigue, palpitation and breathlessness) even at rest.

All this heart failure symptoms.. pierce and tear my heart into million pieces. I felt like failure for not noticing it. The scene of my dad carrying birthday cakes for me, he look tired, breathlessness until unable to talk. He was climbing the bukit from our home gate into the house. Since then, I hate heart failure topic. I hate blackberry cheese cake. But the one thing that I hate the most is MYSELF for not being able to notice.

Ya Allah please forgive me
